Maximum Stay Duration

Maximum is 7 days but can request or re-book if needing to stay longer.

Payment Policy

Payment must be received in full prior to your stay. This ensures your reservation is secured and allows us to prepare the property for your arrival. Please ensure all payments are completed and forms are signed and returned to the owner before your stay.

Non-Discrimination Policy

At CLA Rustic Retreats, we are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

Damage and Theft Policy

Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay. Any broken items or theft will incur a fee to cover the costs of repairs or replacements.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee $95.00 one time will be added additional cleaning services are required during your stay. This helps us ensure that the property remains in pristine condition for all guests.

Fishing Policy

Catch and release fishing is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. All in one waiver. This fee helps us maintain the quality of the fishing experience and the health of the fish population.

No Pets, Smoking, Vaping, or Recreational Drugs

To maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all our guests, we do not allow pets, smoking, vaping, or the use of recreational drugs inside the home.

Safety and Security

Our property is equipped with concrete parking, security cameras, and fire detectors to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
